INK COLOR ABBREVIATIONS: K:0= black ink 1-side only; K:K= black ink 2-sides; 4:0= full color 1-side only;

4:4= full color 2-sides.

BINDERY SERVICES: Cutting no charge; additional charge for bleeds, however. Folding 1¢ per piece (tri-folds & bi-folds).

Scoring, numbering, die cutting, foil, collating, stapling, embossing, shrink wrapping additional.

TURNAROUND TIMES: Same day whenever possible (4-5 business hours between 9 am and 5 pm weekdays), next day standard for larger digital jobs, 3 working days for offset press jobs, plus special bindery services beyond cutting & folding.

No extra charges for rushes.

SUBMITTING MATERIALS: Email attachments if under 20MB. FTP uploading for larger files.

Please contact us for FTP instructions. Always notify us by email when uploading FTP materials because we are not automatically notified by our FTP site.

AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES: For after hours super rush jobs (needed in less than 24 hours, such as the next morning), and it is after regular 9-5 pm business hours, you can call Jeff at his cell # 713-591-1748 up to 10 pm at night,

7 days a week! We don’t mind. It’s just our way of showing you we have a different attitude about customer service.
